KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

•Conduct daily outdoor visits to corporate clients, hotels, offices, event planners, cafés, and restaurants.

•Pitch floral services, including bouquets, weekly flower subscriptions, and event packages.

•Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across Bahrain.

•Prepare and present quotations to clients during field visits.

•Maintain strong relationships with recurring clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

•Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.

•Coordinate with the florist team to manage custom orders and ensure timely execution.

•Track leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM or spreadsheets.

•Collect payments from clients when required and coordinate invoicing with the Accountant.

•Represent the brand professionally during events, meetings, and networking activities.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Proven outdoor sales experience in retail, floral, gifting, F&B, or corporate services.

•Strong negotiation and closing skills.

•Valid driving license is mandatory. Skills

•Ability to build long-term client relationships.

•Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in working independently.

•Proficient in lead generation and client relationship management.
