Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience to join our team. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proven record of meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term partnerships with commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients across sectors (construction, real estate, industrial, commercial, healthcare, etc.).
• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
• Present company services (inspection, certification, training, etc.) to decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of outdoor B2B sales experience in the UAE (inspection, safety, training, or similar industries preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
