A leading supplier of construction materials and industrial equipment is seeking to hire an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive for the UAE market.

About the Company:

• Specialized fittings and requirements for oil & gas companies and industrial contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new client bases within target sectors (contractors, developers, industrial companies, and oil & gas sector companies).
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Present comprehensive technical and commercial offers for products (building materials, equipment, safety tools).
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Study the market and provide reports on its trends and competitor performance.
• Represent the company professionally, reflecting its values and reputation.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven practical experience of at least 3 years in outdoor sales in one or more of the following fields within the UAE market:
• Building materials and construction.
• Mechanical tools and equipment.
• Professional safety equipment.
• Supply to oil & gas sector companies or heavy industries.
• Good knowledge of products in the construction, industrial, and safety sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) – Arabic is preferred.
