Outdoor Sales Executive: Digital Marketing & Media

We are looking for a high-impact Outdoor Sales Executive to spearhead our business development efforts. You will be responsible for identifying high-value brands and corporations, understanding their marketing ecosystem, and presenting sophisticated digital strategies that solve their unique business challenges.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Consultative Portfolio Selling: Develop and pitch holistic digital solutions, including Performance Marketing (SEO/SEM), Social Media Strategy, Content Creation, and Programmatic Advertising.
  • High-Stakes Networking: Represent the agency at industry events, shopping festivals, and corporate mixers to build a pipeline of "blue-chip" clients.
  • Media Planning Alignment: Work closely with the internal Creative and Operations teams to ensure proposed sales strategies are technically feasible and profitable.
  • Brand Audit Pitching: Conduct preliminary audits of a prospect’s current digital footprint to provide data-backed "gap analyses" during initial face-to-face meetings.
  • Account Growth: Identify "upsell" opportunities within newly acquired accounts, transitioning one-off projects into long-term monthly retainers.

Technical Requirements & Expertise

  • Digital Literacy: Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and Lead Generation funnels.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Ability to translate complex data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) into a compelling narrative that resonates with non-technical business owners.
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, specifically within an agency or media house environment.
  • Toolbox: Proficiency in CRM tools and presentation software (Canva, Keynote, or PowerPoint) to build custom decks on the fly.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
