Outdoor Sales Executive - Veterinary Equipment

Job Overview:
A leading medical equipment trading company is looking to hire a motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell veterinary products to retail outlets across the UAE. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and have strong experience in outdoor B2B sales, preferably within veterinary, pet supplies, medical products, or FMCG distribution.

This is a field-based role focused on expanding the company’s retail network and increasing product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit pet shops, veterinary pharmacies, animal supply stores, and retail outlets regularly
  • Develop new retail accounts and expand the existing customer base
  • Promote veterinary products and explain product benefits to shop owners
  • Negotiate pricing, shelf placement, and order quantities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and collection goals
  • Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and ensure timely replenishment
  • Collect market feedback and competitor pricing information
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for order processing and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline updates

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
  • Good English communication skills
  • 2–5 years of outdoor retail/B2B sales experience
  • Experience in veterinary products, pet supplies, medical equipment, or FMCG distribution is a strong advantage
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Salary & Benefits

AED 3000 - AED 3500 + Incentives (upon achieving targets)+Company Car+Insurance,Visa

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
