Outdoor Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients face-to-face, and closing sales deals. The successful candidate will be confident in building relationships, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets while representing the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor visits, networking, and referrals.
• Meet clients to present company products and services, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to maximize repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company.
• Submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of proven outdoor sales experience in the UAE market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve results under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
