Outdoor Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role involves actively engaging with clients and contractors in the interiors and construction sectors, promoting our products, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate has a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the interiors, architecture, and construction industries to promote our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and interior designers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct on-site visits and presentations to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the internal team to meet sales targets and contribute to marketing strategies.
• Provide market feedback and stay updated on industry trends to advise on product development and competitive positioning.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably in the interiors, construction, or kitchen fitting industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven attitude.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Good understanding of the interiors and construction market in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Dubai and surrounding areas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on customer service excellence.
