Outdoor Sales Representative (Print & Design)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell our printing and design services. The ideal candidate will actively seek out new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and represent the company professionally in the field. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and a good understanding of printing and design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients such as businesses, organizations, schools, and institutions
• Present and sell printing and design services (e.g., banners, flyers, brochures, business cards, signage, branding materials, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable printing and design solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate job execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
• Collect payments when required and ensure proper documentation
• Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback to management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (printing, advertising, or design industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and design services
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to travel frequently and work outdoors
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license (if required)
• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in sales or marketing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR8,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Outdoor Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Print & Design: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Qatar Driving License (Required)
