Main Responsibilities:
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
- Generate new leads and report daily to the Manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
- Sell the company’s products like local attire- Kandoora, suits, slippers, uniforms or services to customers within your given territory.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
- Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other related field.
- 3 years' experience in Outdoor retails Sales in UAE.
- Proven track record of over achieving sales targets
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in dealing with people.
- Absolute understanding of the sales process
- Committed to teamwork and account results
- Strong motivation and a positive approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
- Passionate customer focused attitude
- Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presenting
- Strong negotiation and rapport building skills
- Idea generator, self-starter and ability to think outside the box
