Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee outlet operations to ensure efficiency, adherence to policies, service excellence, and Jumeirah standards.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, oversee inventory audits, and ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams.
  • Manage outlet profitability, budgeting, and financial performance by identifying improvement areas and implementing corrective measures.
  • Support and develop team performance through on-the-job training, feedback, motivation, and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Ensure high guest satisfaction through consistent quality of food, beverage, and service, addressing complaints and gathering feedback.
  • Implement departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, consistency, and delivery of quality service aligned with brand standards.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded bar.
  • Proficient in English and a second language (European languages are desirable).
  • Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and increasing profitability.
  • Experience leading a multi-cultural team.
