About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outpatient Clinics Manager to lead the operations of our multi-specialty polyclinics in Riyadh. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and excel in a fast-paced clinical environment, we’d love to meet you.


As the Clinics Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of outpatient services, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia. Your role will be critical in enhancing patient experience, supporting clinical excellence, and driving operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage all outpatient clinic operations, including general medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, dentistry, and specialty services.
  • Supervise clinic staff and ensure high levels of professionalism, teamwork, and service quality.
  • Implement and monitor clinic policies and procedures in line with MOH and CBAHI requirements.
  • Optimize patient scheduling, flow, and satisfaction across all clinics.
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Handle patient feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage clinic budgets, supplies, and equipment in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
  • Prepare clinics for regulatory inspections and accreditation processes.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in clinic or hospital management, preferably in an outpatient or polyclinic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations, MOH policies, and CBAHI accreditation standards.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional healthcare teams.
  • Proficiency in healthcare information systems (HIS/EMR).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
