Outreach & Business Development Associate – Techno India University

Role Objective

Increase institutional reach and lead flow through strategic partnerships, field outreach, and conversion support for admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Relationship Management

● Build relationships with schools, principals, consultants, coaching centers

● Plan outreach visits, events, presentations to promote programs

● Engage with student counselors, parents, career coaches through workshops

Events & Marketing Support

● Execute education fairs, seminars, brand activations

● Enable school tie-ups for continuous lead pipelines

● Support content creation: presentation decks, brochures, social campaign inputs

Lead Conversion & Reporting

● Track leads through CRM, ensure consistent follow-ups

● Provide market insights — competitor activities, new demand trends

● Submit weekly performance reports to admissions leadership

Travel & Coordination

● Frequent field visits in Kolkata and other regions

● Liaise with operations, marketing, design, academic teams for visit support

Skills & Competencies

● Confident presenter & network builder

● Target-oriented mindset

● Balanced communication with persuasion skills

Education & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree required

● MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred

● 1–3 years in BD/outreach in education or youth-focused sector

Reporting To: Manager – Outreach & Admissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
