Outreach Specialist

Seeking a high-energy, strategic Outbound Marketing Specialist to lead our proactive growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and vet high-quality leads, partners, or media outlets that align with our brand values.
  • Lead Generation: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo to build and segment highly targeted lead lists.
  • Outreach: Execute outbound sequences across email, X/twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings.
  • Management: Act as the first point of contact, nurturing leads until they are ready to be handed off to the team.
  • Tracking: Monitor response rates and engagement metrics to constantly refine your "pitch."

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Outreach, PR, Business Development, or Recruitment.
  • Mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo, or Mailshake).
  • Ability to research and understand a prospect’s business model in minutes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
