Overnight Veterinary Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills.

This is a part-time position, with the possibility to turn into Full-Time in the future. Shifts are Friday and Saturday 10pm-6:30am.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the reception area
- Collect payments and process invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and exam rooms
- Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other staff members
- Utilize veterinary terminology accurately
- Assist with basic pet care tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical collections procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of EzyVet and Smartflow is a plus
- Experience with veterinary critical care is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
