OZ Group (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and official documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Support real estate–related documentation and follow-ups
- Arrange travel, meetings, and official engagements
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a PA, preferably in real estate
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite at Bahria Orchard, Lahore
