PA to CEO

OZ Group (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and official documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Support real estate–related documentation and follow-ups
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and official engagements

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a PA, preferably in real estate
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work onsite at Bahria Orchard, Lahore
