Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features and manage releases effectively. You will ensure system stability while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, all while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Your role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring that applications function seamlessly and meet user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance application performance. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Grafana, Elastic Stack (ELK). - Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices. - Experience with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability. - Ability to work with APIs for integration and data exchange. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to streamline application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Grafana. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
