Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation - Tool Blue Prism - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of low-code development platforms. - Experience in configuring and managing SaaS applications. - Familiarity with APIs and their integration into existing systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
