Packaging & Dispatch Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Packaging & Dispatch Manager to handle the end-to-end packaging and delivery process for our orders across all online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, JioMart, and others. The role involves ensuring timely, secure, and accurate dispatch of all customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle packaging of jewelry products with care and brand guidelines.
• Manage daily order dispatches across multiple marketplaces.
• Coordinate with courier partners / logistics providers for timely pickups.
• Ensure accurate labeling, invoicing, and documentation before dispatch.
• Track shipped orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain proper stock, packaging material inventory, and dispatch records.
• Resolve issues related to lost/delayed/damaged deliveries in coordination with logistics partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in packaging/dispatch/e-commerce logistics.
• Knowledge of handling courier portals / marketplace dashboards (preferred).
• Attention to detail with an organized and systematic work approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily targets.
• Team player with good coordination skills.
