Packaging Machine Operator

Overview:

Operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Including product conveyors, product hoppers, Bagging Machines and carton printers. The ideal candidate will have a technical mindset with a focus on food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate packaging machines (Conveyors, Hoppers, Bagging Machines, Carton Printers etc) according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect packaged products for quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot ongoing issues.
• Record production data and report any deviations or issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
