Profile- Packaging Material QC Engineer

Qualification- B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.

Salary- Upto 4 Lac CTC + Food

Experience- 2–5 years of experience in Packaging Material QC/QA in FMCG, Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical industry.

Location- Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Key Responsibilities -

Inspect and test incoming packaging materials as per approved specifications, sampling plans, and quality standards.

Verify physical, chemical, and functional parameters of packaging materials (e.g., GSM, bursting strength, dimensions, sealing strength, color matching, print quality).

Maintain and update approved vendor and specification master lists for packaging materials.

Conduct line clearance and online checks during production to ensure correct packaging materials are used.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of approved/rejected materials.

Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and R&D teams for new material development and quality issues.

Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) and assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.

Support packaging validation, shelf-life studies, and compatibility tests.

Liaise with suppliers for quality improvements and material consistency.

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, HACCP, and company QA policies.
