Packaging & Product Designer - Pet

We are seeking a talented and experienced Package & Product Designer to design a diverse range of Pet goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product packaging, a passion for creativity, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative packaging designs that align with brand identity and consumer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales team, product development, and manufacturing to ensure design feasibility and effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform design decisions.
• Create prototypes and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Mentor junior temp. designers and provide guidance on best practices in packaging design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in package design, preferably for hard goods.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Pilot / Chat Gpt / Canva Ai / Figma Design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative packaging designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience designing packaging for major retailers such as Costco or Walmart a plus.
