Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is a growing and dynamic company specializing in innovative and high-quality packaging solutions. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for an experienced and results-driven Packaging Sales Expert to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships.

Job Summary

The Packaging Sales Expert will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets within the packaging industry. The ideal candidate must have strong industry knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the packaging sector
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records

Requirements

• Proven experience in packaging sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of custom packaging, printing, and material specifications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong client-hunting and closing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred)
