Packing Supervisor (Bags Packing)

Position Summary:
The Packing Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all bags-packing operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality packing, supervising the packing team, and meeting production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate all packing operations for bags — plan and assign daily packing tasks to the team.
• nsure that all bags are packed according to company standards and product specifications (correct labeling, proper packaging, packaging material usage, quality of packing).
• Monitor packing team performance — guide, train, mentor staff; ensure team works safely, efficiently, and meets production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain and oversee packing equipment/machinery: ensure proper functioning, coordinate maintenance or troubleshooting when needed.
• Conduct quality control and inspection of packed bags — check conformity, detect defects or errors before dispatch or shipping.
• Maintain records: production output, packing logs, inventory of packing materials, wastage, and any quality/defect reports.
• Implement and enforce health, safety and hygiene standards in the packing area.
• Identify areas for improvement: optimize efficiency, reduce wastage, improve packing procedures, and propose corrective actions when needed.

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
