Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Packaging Industry

Job Description

The CFO will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all financial operations, reporting & governance
• Driving long-term financial planning and corporate strategy
• Managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensuring compliance with tax laws, audits, and regulatory frameworks
• Implementing strong internal controls and risk mitigation strategies
• Overseeing costing, pricing strategies, and profitability models
• Leading investor relations, board reporting & financial insights
• Managing banking relations & capital structuring
• Leading, mentoring & developing finance teams
• Supporting business expansion, automation & digital financial transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial operations
• Develop and execute strategic financial plans
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory & taxation standards
• Provide financial analysis & insights to senior leadership
• Manage risks, investments & capital allocation
• Build high-performing teams and strong financial controls
• Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimization

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) — Mandatory
• 8–10 years of progressive finance & leadership experience
• Strong grip on FP&A, budgeting, costing, forecasting, audit, taxation & compliance
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling & reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making skills
• Strong analytical mindset with business partnering capability
