Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across key platforms. The role will focus heavily on Google Display and Meta Ads, along with other relevant platforms such as TikTok and Snapchat

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Google Display), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms such as TikTok and Snapchat
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and advertising tools across all platforms.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure performance meets target metrics.
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise campaigns for CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimise audiences, while recommending improvements to creatives and landing pages to enhance performance
  • Proactively identify opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Set up and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Create dashboards using Google Data studio for client reporting
  • Monitor performance in real time and make data-led optimisation decisions
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with clear, actionable insights
  • Identify scaling opportunities and performance gaps
  • Ensure adherence to the brand’s and platform policies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Google Ads (strong focus on Display)
  • Proven experience in performance-driven, lead generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
  • Experience in building and managing reporting dashboards (Power BI, Google Data Studio)
  • Skilled in audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Snapchat Ads is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Full-time remote role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 per month
