Paid Ads Manager

Silky Gem is searching for a new Paid Ads Manager. This role will lead our paid ads strategy and acquisition efforts.

We are looking for a sharp leader who is analytical and understands paid media inside and out (Meta, Tik Tok, Amazon, Walmart, email/SMS, Youtube, Google Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat and more). You will be responsible for overseeing the management and daily operation of paid media campaigns. You should have a deep understanding of metrics. You will have to analyze campaigns, creatives, bids and performance. You will be able to demonstrate your strategy through frequent direct reports.

This role is key to our marketing success and will report directly to C.E.O.

This is an in person/remote hybrid position. You will be expected to come in the office at least once per week to attend meetings, collaborate with other departments, understand the company culture and interact with our product and operations.

In this role you will :

* oversee daily paid media allocation with an emphasis on ROI

* analyze attribution across multiple channels to guide budget allocation and strategy

* manage ad platform operations, social search and video/static assets

* deliver in depth insights regarding channel performance and audience behavior

* partner with other departments to develop highly efficient funnels

We are looking someone who :

* can work at a high level independently

* has exceptional analytical skills

* has strong problem solving skills to diagnose performance issues

* has 7+ years of experience in paid media

* has 3+ years of experience in management role

* has successfully scaled 6 figure ad accounts

* is proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics and Triple Whale

Since our founding we have placed a large emphasis on organic social media growth which has blossomed into a flourishing e-commerce business and an ever growing B2B wholesale operation. Over the next five years we plan to continue innovating to fuel our aggressive growth goals. This year we are finalizing plans to enlarge our production facilities in order to scale up production and revenues.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
