About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing and executing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
This role is ideal for someone who can independently strategize, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns, while clearly communicating performance, insights, and ROI. You will work closely with internal teams to support lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion-focused initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Sponsored Content, Retargeting)
- Execute full-funnel strategies covering awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, segmentation, and retargeting.
Optimization & Performance
- Monitor and continuously optimize campaigns based on:
- CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and formats.
Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using:
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Implement UTM tracking and support accurate attribution.
- Analyze performance data and prepare clear, actionable reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaboration & Best Practices
- Collaborate with internal teams on ad creatives (copy, visuals, CTAs).
- Stay up to date with platform updates, ad policies, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads.
- Proven expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics and optimization strategies.
- Experience running lead generation and/or conversion-focused campaigns.
- Familiarity with:
- A/B testing
- Retargeting strategies
- Lookalike and custom audiences
- Experience using analytics tools such as:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain performance and results.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or recruitment marketing.
- Copywriting experience for ads and landing pages.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools).
- Experience with landing page optimization and CRO.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
