The Role

We're looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to own and scale our paid advertising efforts across Google and Meta (Instagram & Facebook). This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimising campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our charter offerings, including premium packages targeting high-net-worth individuals globally.

You'll work closely with the founder and marketing team, with full ownership of ad budgets, creative strategy, and performance reporting.

What You'll Do

• Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets (static, video, carousel)
• Monitor and optimise campaigns daily for CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting
• Manage ad budgets efficiently and report on performance with clear, actionable insights
• Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, best practices, and industry trends
• Identify new growth opportunities and make strategic recommendations

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience running paid ads on Google and Meta
• Proven track record of generating leads or sales through paid channels
• Strong understanding of funnel strategy, audience targeting, and retargeting
• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.)
• Ability to write strong ad copy and provide creative direction
• Data-driven mindset comfortable with numbers and performance metrics
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
• Experience in luxury, travel, real estate, or high-ticket industries is a strong plus
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month
