Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive
- marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Digital Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various
- platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive traffic and conversions.
- SEO and SEM: Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
- strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified leads to our website.
- Email Marketing: Oversee the email marketing program, including campaign planning, audience
- segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including
- content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, track key
- metrics, and generate regular reports to assess ROI and inform decision-making.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and
- optimize spending to achieve maximum results.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and
- product development, to ensure alignment and synergy across marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for
- optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
