Key Responsibilities:

  •  Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive
  • marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  •  Digital Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various
  • platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive traffic and conversions.
  •  SEO and SEM: Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified leads to our website.
  •  Email Marketing: Oversee the email marketing program, including campaign planning, audience
  • segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  •  Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including
  • content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  •  Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, track key
  • metrics, and generate regular reports to assess ROI and inform decision-making.
  •  Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and
  • optimize spending to achieve maximum results.
  •  Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and
  • product development, to ensure alignment and synergy across marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  Proven experience (3 years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
  •  In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for
  • optimization.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  •  Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.
  •  Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.

Location- Gurgaon

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
