Role Summary:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Set up audience targeting, bidding strategies, pixel tracking, and conversion tracking
  • Continuously monitor and improve KPIs: CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS
  • Run A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad asset production
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
  • Stay updated with platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices
  • Manage budgets and forecast spend across platforms

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years managing multi-channel paid ad campaigns with successful ROI
  • Deep expertise with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM integrations (GoHighLevel preferred) a plus
  • Certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
