Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize both Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Affiliates and Creator Marketing. This role combines data-driven strategy and creative execution, helping brands build a powerful online presence across key social platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. As a core team member, you’ll oversee all aspects of our business entities paid ad campaigns, from initial planning to ongoing optimization. Incumbent is responsible for ideating, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products or services via online channels. Their primary objective is to generate leads and increase sales by driving traffic to the company’s website or social media channels. Incumbent must know how to ideate, execute, and manage online campaigns across multiple channels and mediums — like organic and paid search, display advertising, email, and social media.
Your Responsibilities

Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement).

Track and analyse primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly.

Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.

Campaign development. Create and maintain sophisticated email campaigns, landing pages, and automated workflows that nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Platform management. Configure and optimize CRM systems while implementing lead scoring models to qualify prospects effectively.

Performance optimization. Execute A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion rates across all automated marketing campaigns.

Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch

Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization

Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders

Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs

Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media

Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media

Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting

Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Social Media Marketing (SMM) Responsibilities

Campaign Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including budget planning and content ideation.

Content Strategy: Plan and distribute engaging content in various formats, ensuring alignment with each brand’s voice and objectives.

Audience Insights & Optimization: Collect and analyze audience data to create comprehensive reports, refining future campaigns based on specific KPIs.

Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive messaging across all social platforms by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Competitive Research: Monitor competing brands and stay informed about social media trends and tools to ensure we remain industry leaders.

Performance Reporting: Regularly update clients and team members on campaign progress, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
Google Ads (PPC) Responsibilities

Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize bidding strategies, conversion rates, and calls to action to drive campaign success.

End-to-End Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of PPC campaigns, ensuring that goals and timelines are met.

Data Analysis & Tracking: Perform data analysis using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance performance.

Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor keyword costs, split testing, landing page effectiveness, and cost per conversion to continually improve campaign outcomes. Provide monthly reports with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Requirements

Strong knowledge of algorithms language across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc

At least 4-5 years of Paid Media experience, with at least 3 years of ad operations, campaign management/set-up and reporting experience

Ideally worked in agency background multiple clients including ecommerce, telco, banking, fintech, digital native preferably

Practical knowledge of Set-up, Manage and optimize Google Ads, Social Media Marketing as well as auditing the set-up and find key optimizations/loop-holes

Affiliates and Creator Marketing knowledge is good-to-have

Agentic AI knowledge & Workflow Automation Tools like n8n are highly desirable in the incumbent
