Paid Media Manager (Performance Marketing & AI-driven Optimization)

Experience Level: 8–10 years in Digital Paid Media and Performance Marketing (hands-on execution + strategy)

Role Overview:

This role is an integral part of the in-house Performance Marketing team to drive scalable and sustainable growth across multiple Lines of Business, including InsuranceMarket.ae, CreditMarket.ae, HolidayMarket.ae, and InvestmentMarket.ae.

As a Paid Media Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. This role is deeply hands-on – requiring strong expertise in campaign setup, tracking, performance optimization, AI-driven automation, and attribution modelling—while being strategic enough to align campaigns with business
objectives and revenue goals.

Your ultimate KPI: Deliver profitable growth through efficient digital media spends, maximizing ROAS and lowering CAC across multiple funnels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Translate business objectives into channel-wise paid media strategies with clear
    budgets, KPIs, and forecasts.
  • Conduct market research, audience segmentation, and competition benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop media mix using first-party and third-party data for better performance.

Campaign Setup & Execution

  • End-to-end campaign creation and optimization across platforms:
    • Search: Google Ads, Bing Ads
    • Social media: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat etc
    • Display & Programmatic: GDN, DV360, and other DSPs
    • Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships-led performance
  • Deploy tracking mechanisms (GTM, GA4, UTM tagging) for accurate attribution and source tracking.
  • Implement AI-driven campaign automation (e.g., Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, custom AI bidding models).

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor real-time performance dashboards, identify trends, and apply corrective
    measures.
  • Optimize towards ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, LTV, Funnel Drop-offs, and Retention metrics.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve CTR, CVR, and landing page performance

Attribution & Measurement

  • Own campaign analytics and attribution modelling (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch).
  • Create Looker Studio (Data Studio) dashboards for real-time and periodic reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting using GA4, Tag Manager, and advanced BI tools.

AI Enablement & Automation

  • Deploy AI-based bidding, predictive audience segmentation, and automated creative testing.
  • Explore AI-driven predictive models for CAC forecasting and funnel optimization.

CRO & Funnel Management

  • Partner with Analytics and Product teams to improve user journeys and conversion funnels.
  • Implement heatmap and behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, CrazyEgg) for landing page
    optimizations.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Digital Revenue Growth (channel-specific and overall contribution)
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
  • Conversion Rate (CVR)
  • Retention & LTV
  • CRO Improvements
  • Paid Media Share of Overall Revenue

Technical Skills Required

  • Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Programmatic DSPs.
  • Tracking & Analytics: GA4, GTM, UTM tagging, attribution modelling.
  • Optimization & Automation: Bid strategy setup, audience layering, dynamic creative
    optimization.
  • AI Tools: Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, Skai, Smartly.io, and experience
    integrating AI APIs for automation.
  • BI & Reporting: Google Looker Studio, other reporting tools.
  • Experimentation: A/B testing tools

Soft Skills

  • Data-driven mindset with analytical depth and the ability to translate insights into
    actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work hands-on and independently, owning execution end-to-end.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Agility to adapt to fast-changing media landscapes and AI-driven innovations.
