Paid Media Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | On-Site
A a respected Indiana-based plaintiff law firm, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of our six-figure annual digital advertising budget. This is a newly created role designed to bring analytics, accountability, and efficiency in-house. If you’re driven by performance marketing, skilled in multi-channel campaign management, and motivated by turning ad spend into measurable ROI, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Manage budgets and pacing to maximize efficiency of $100K+ annual spend.
- Execute A/B and multivariate testing on creative, targeting, placements, and timing.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Build and deliver weekly performance dashboards and executive readouts.
- Track and improve KPIs: CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, cost per case, ROAS.
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTM tracking, and Looker Studio/Tableau/Excel to generate actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Own the firm’s paid media calendar and distribution schedule.
- Partner with content writers, video producers, and designers to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging.
- Coordinate with outside vendors (Crisp for video/ads, ConsultWebs for SEO/website).
- Strategic Value
- Identify wasted spend, reallocate budgets, and propose data-driven growth strategies.
- Serve as the single point of ownership for paid media performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (YouTube/Display), and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of reducing CPL and increasing ROI in lead generation campaigns.
- Strong background in analytics, testing, and reporting (GA4, UTM strategy, dashboards).
- Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations directly to firm leadership.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
