Paid Media Specialist

Job Role : Paid Media Specialist- Remote Work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Build and scale full-funnel campaigns on Google Ads (Search, P Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is increasingly standard.
  • AI & Automation: Leverage AI-driven bidding strategies (e.g., Google Smart Bidding, Meta Advantage+) while maintaining manual guardrails to prevent budget waste.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct daily monitoring of KPIs like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Perform deep-dive A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets.
  • Data & Analytics: Use GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and server-side tracking (GTM) to analyze the customer journey. You must be able to translate complex data into "human" insights for weekly remote stakeholder meetings.
  • Creative Collaboration: Brief design and video teams on high-performing ad formats, specifically focusing on short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).

Requirement:

Fluent in English and Arabic Must & Should

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: E£19,500.00 - E£32,000.00 per month
