We’re looking for a Paid Search (PPC) Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on, analytical role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys balancing technical precision with creative strategy.

**This role is 100% onsite located in Houston, TX 77064**

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Bing, NextDoor, TikTok, Amazon DSP, and more.
  • Monitor performance, adjust strategies, and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Own conversion tracking and attribution, ensuring accurate data across channels.
  • Lead CRO efforts: test landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with creative, development, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Maintain budgets and build advanced dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and other tools.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years managing paid media campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Deep knowledge of tracking, attribution, and multi-channel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Understanding of data integrations (APIs, Zapier), UTM tagging, and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Supermetrics).
  • Familiarity with offline conversion tracking, implementation and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta, Bing, TikTok, and offline conversions.

Bonus Points For:

  • Programmatic buying or Amazon DSP experience
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and heatmapping tools
  • Creative skills in design or copywriting
