Painter

Responsibilities:

• Carry out flat painting works including walls, ceilings, doors, and trims.
• Perform surface preparation such as sanding, patching, filling cracks, and applying primer.
• Inspect assigned areas and determine required painting materials and methods.
• Mix and match paints to achieve the required colours and finish.
• Apply paints, varnishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray machines.
• Protect furniture, flooring, and surrounding surfaces by using drop cloths and masking materials.
• Ensure all works are completed as per safety standards and quality requirements.
• Perform touch-ups, repainting, and finishing works as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas after completing tasks.
• Report any damages, defects, or additional maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter in building/flat maintenance.
• Knowledge of paint types, mixing, and application techniques.
• Knowledge of painting with Air Compressor
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of materials.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
