Painting crew lead

Interial Painting LLC is hiring a Residential Painting Crew Lead with 5+ years of experience. Must be a strong leader who takes pride in their work and can manage small crews on interior, exterior, and cabinet painting jobs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of residential painting experience
• Leadership or crew management experience
• Strong skills in prep, rolling, cut-in, spraying, and finishing
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude, on-time, and professional with clients

Duties:

• Lead job sites from start to finish
• Ensure high-quality work and clean job sites
• Train and guide painters
• Communicate with clients and keep jobs on schedule
• Help with use of systems within company

Pay based on experience. Full-time, consistent work with room to grow. We’re a family-run company that values hard work, communication, and respect.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
