Painting Supervisor

Qualifications & Experience:

•     Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
•     Minimum 4–6 years of experience in painting/coating supervision, preferably in oil & gas, marine, or industrial sectors
•     Familiarity with HSE practices and procedures related to coating and painting.
•     Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
•     Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

•     Coating inspection and quality control
•     Surface preparation techniques
•     Knowledge of coating materials and systems
•     Team supervision and coordination
•     Safety compliance and awareness
•     Documentation and report writing
