Paralegal (Projects) - Legal & Contracts Support

Support the delivery of major projects by providing legal research, drafting, and documentation assistance. Work closely with senior lawyers and project teams to ensure compliance, smooth execution, and effective legal governance across transactions and agreements.

What you'll do:

• Conduct legal research on precedents, statutes, and rulings to support project-related matters.
• Assist in drafting components of legal documents and agreements (NDAs, POAs, incorporation docs, term sheets, etc.).
• Provide legal support for bid preparation, company setups, and conditions precedent before deal closures.
• Shadow senior team members in negotiations, reviews, and meetings to build expertise.
• Maintain databases of regulations and ensure accurate legal documentation for transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on legal paperwork, filings, and government requirements.

What we're looking for:

• Law degree or recognized legal training; bachelor's in law preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience as a paralegal, ideally in projects or corporate law.
• Strong organizational and research skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of contracts, legal terms, and statutory requirements.
• High integrity, discretion, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and external parties.
