Paralegal

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our plaintiff personal injury legal team. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for the law to contribute to our success.

Fluency in Spanish required.

Duties:

-Heavy client contact and must manage competing demands

-Must be able to answer incomings calls, update the case management system, and simultaneously process tasks assigned, respond to emails etc

-Review of large medical record files
- Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Manage and maintain legal case files, including organizing documents, correspondence, and other relevant materials
- Utilize legal case management software (e.g., iManage) to track case progress and deadlines
- Provide general clerical support to the legal team as needed
