Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will support attorneys across a variety of practice areas by drafting legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with case preparation. Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case management, including organizing files, drafting legal documents and reviewing contracts.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies across diverse practice areas like estate planning and administration, family law, real estate law, and small business matters.
- Support family law litigation efforts through document management, discovery coordination, and preparation of pleadings.
- Maintain client files and records, flagging deadlines, monitoring case activities, and preparing correspondence.
- Provide administrative support, including submitting court filings, performing data entry, proofreading documents, and communicating with clients via phone with professionalism and courtesy.
Skills
- Proven experience as a paralegal or in a legal administrative role within a law office setting.
- Strong knowledge of various practice areas such as estate planning and administration, real estate transactions, business entity formation, and family law.
- Proficiency with legal research platforms; familiarity with case management systems.
- Ability to handle complex legal drafting tasks with precision; excellent proofreading and writing skills.
- Experience with legal case management and administrative software such as Abacus; adept at data entry and document review processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills complemented by effective phone etiquette and professional communication abilities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
