Parking Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Parking Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing efficient parking solutions to optimize space utilization and enhance user experience in urban and commercial environments.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop innovative parking systems and layouts that maximize efficiency and safety.

- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine parking needs and constraints.

- Collaborate with urban planners, architects, and contractors to integrate parking solutions into new developments and renovation projects.

- Implement technology-driven parking management solutions, including automated ticketing and monitoring systems.

- Analyze traffic flow and usage data to improve parking operations and reduce congestion.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to parking facilities.

- Prepare detailed engineering reports, design documents, and cost estimates.

- Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver parking projects on schedule and within budget.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in parking engineering, traffic management, or related disciplines.

- Strong knowledge of parking facility design standards and traffic flow principles.

- Familiarity with parking management technologies and software.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Self-motivated with strong project management abilities.

- Understanding of UAE regulations and standards in parking and transportation is preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
