Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
- Matric or equivalent qualification from a recognized board with 2 years (administrative security related experience).
Desirable:
- Intermediate / DAE or equivalent qualification from a recognized board with 3–5 years of relevant experience in parking or facility management, traffic regulation, or security operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the NSTP parking areas across all buildings and zones.
- Regulate the entry, parking, and exit of vehicles to ensure smooth traffic flow and discipline.
- Handle the influx of multiple stakeholders — including tenants, visitors, service providers, and staff — in a professional and organized manner.
- Maintain both digital and manual records of vehicle entries, exits, and parking allocations.
- Ensure strict compliance with NSTP’s parking policies and report violations or irregularities.
- Coordinate closely with the Security and Admin teams to address parking or traffic issues promptly.
- Assist visitors, dignitaries, and tenants in locating suitable parking spaces during peak hours and events.
- Support the testing and integration of AI-based or digital parking management systems developed by NSTP startups.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure that signage, lighting, and barriers are properly maintained and functional.
- Keep fire exits, driveways, and emergency lanes clear of obstructions at all times.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly parking status reports to the supervisor.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in parking management operations.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Essential:
- Familiarity with basic computing, record keeping, and digital logging tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Alertness, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of parking procedures, safety protocols, and crowd management
- Ability to work independently, in shifts, and under minimal supervision.
Desirable:
- Good MS office Suit Skills
- Customer service orientation with a courteous and professional demeanor.

- NUST employees with less than one year service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
