About Us:

KPC International is a premium hospitality linen and textile brand supplying high-quality bed, bath, and banquet linens to luxury hotels and resorts. We are looking for a Part-Time Accountant who is detail-oriented, responsible, and proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel to manage day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in Tally
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and expense records
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
  • Maintain and update Excel reports for sales, purchases, and stock
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting
  • Coordinate with management for financial documentation and audits

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping (preferably in a trading or manufacturing setup)
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of GST filing, invoicing, and financial documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Minimum qualification: B.Com or equivalent

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time: 3–4 hours per day (Monday to Saturday)
  • Timing: Flexible between [10 AM – 8 PM]
