- Bookkeeping & Documentation: Maintaining proper filing of invoices, supporting documents, and recording daily financial transactions.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Managing cash flow by following up on pending payments and processing vendor payments.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly/annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Reconciliation & Compliance: Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws, such as UAE VAT regulations.
- General Ledger Management: Recording journal entries to reflect all business transactions properly.
- Software Proficiency: Using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Yardi) and Excel to manage records
