Part Time Accouting Associate

Accounting Assistant | San Jose, CA | Part-Time | 4-Month Contract

We're a commercial B2B manufacturing and fabrication company based in San Jose, and we're looking for a detail-oriented part time Accounting Assistant to join our team on a contract basis.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in a fast-moving, production-driven environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including AP, cash and credit card data entry invoice processing
• Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships count!)
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks online is a plus!)
• Strong communication and ability to work independently
• Interest in manufacturing or B2B operations is a plus

Associates Degree in Accounting preferred.

THE DETAILS

• Pay: $22–$24/hour depending on experience
• 4-month contract position, with possible extension based on needs.
• Part-time schedule ( 10-12 hours )
