Part-Time Children’s Guitar Teacher

Youth Enrichment League's mission is to enrich the lives of children to THINK, LEARN and PLAY WELL. Youth Enrichment League partners with local communities to offer children, primarily in grades K-5, a variety of enrichment opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPECTATIONS:

• Experience working with children is preferred. Experience examples include: youth summer camps, youth coaching, Sunday School instruction, baby sitting, having children of your own, etc.
• Availability Monday-Thursday 2:30-5:00pm during the the school year.
• A reliable vehicle.
• A valid Drivers License and ability to transport needed to teach class.
• A sincere desire to make a BIG IMPACT on children's lives.
• Guitar and music knowledge (class curriculum and training will be supplied)

• Paid training includes an orientation of our policies and procedures as well as class specific training.
• This position allows you to gain experience in teaching kids, in as little as 3-5 hours per week, and offers a prospective as a possible career path.
• Get paid $5 for arriving 15 minutes early to class and mileage one way from your home to the school over 15 miles.

Note: Teachers often teach more than one subject. Our busiest teachers teach multiple subjects.
