The Part-Time Corporate Front Desk Associate plays an essential role in supporting daily corporate operations and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative and office support tasks. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, the ideal candidate will assist with front desk operations, supply coordination, uniform and business card orders, mail distribution, and general office upkeep.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain the reception and common areas in a clean and organized condition.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and interoffice correspondence.
Oversee daily water and food orders, restock break room supplies, and ensure all areas are well maintained.
Coordinate uniform orders, business card requests, and related administrative processes.
Assist with scheduling conference rooms and meetings in Outlook.
Communicate with building management regarding maintenance requests, visitor badges, and other facility needs.
Support Human Resources and other departments with general administrative tasks as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support corporate operations.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Teams, and SharePoint is a plus.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical requirements/Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 15 pounds. Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.
