Part-Time Dental Patient Coordinator

South Coast Endodontics, led by Dr. Brian Wu, is a patient-focused specialty practice known for exceptional care and strong relationships with both patients and referring offices. We are looking for a friendly and organized part-time Patient Coordinator to join our team 3 days per week. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for patients while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are offering a work/life balance friendly, part-time schedule!

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of dental front office experience (Required)
• Experience with insurance verification strongly preferred
• TDO (The Digital Office) experience is a plus, but not required
• Friendly, professional, and patient-centered
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-focused environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet patients and referring offices
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Provide clear communication regarding insurance and financial expectations
• Help maintain an organized schedule and smooth patient flow
• Support the team with daily front office tasks and patient coordination

In addition to a competitive hourly wage starting at $24/hour (based on experience), we are also offering the following benefits:
