Part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator

Air Hostd, Rhode Island’s local leader in vacation rentals and short-term rental management, is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and adventurous Marketing Coordinator to join our team!

This is a part-time hybrid role — 12 hours per week at $25/hour plus travel pay — perfect for someone who wants flexible work while helping grow a dynamic local brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Creation: Visit our rental properties across Rhode Island to capture photos, videos, and drone footage (we’ll provide the gear, but you can use your own if you prefer!).
• Digital Marketing: Use tools like Wix/Wix Studio, ChatGPT, Fiverr, 99designs, Upwork, and FeedBird to craft blogs, email campaigns, auto-replies, social posts, and print materials.
• Social Media Growth: Help us grow our audience by engaging with them.
• Project Oversight: Manage creative projects, coordinate editing, and oversee design contests for branding and campaigns.
• Database & SEO: Build and segment email lists, improve SEO, and keep our marketing sharp and effective.

Must-Haves

• Local to Rhode Island (or within 10 minutes!) – this is not a remote-only role. You’ll need to travel to properties statewide.
• A reliable car and clean background.
• Strong computer skills, fast Wi-Fi, and the ability to run video meetings from home.
• Comfortable with ChatGPT and other AI tools (prompting skills = bonus points!).
• Experience with Wix/Wix Studio (expert level preferred).

Bonus Skills

• Photography or drone experience
• Graphic design or video editing
• Prior work in real estate, hospitality, or short-term rentals
